Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Our original shipping fee to you will not be refunded.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.
- Please be aware that returned items must be in their original, unworn state and accompanied by all original documentation, packaging and gift items, if applicable.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is liable for any decrease in value.
- Final sale items are exempted from returns.
- All earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Unapproved returns or returns sent without authorization will not be processed or refunded.

Damage or Wrong Items
Please let us know within 7 days of delivery here (click to open the contact form) including your order number. We will collect relevant information from you and arrange a replacement.
Quality Issues
Color differences, minor measurement discrepancies, and other natural material variations are not considered quality issues. Metal finishes (yellow gold, rose gold, white gold) may appear slightly different due to room lighting, glare, and brightness during photography. We encourage customers to compare across our catalog of over 200 products to better understand the potential variations before making a purchase.
Abnormal Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
- We do not issue refunds for parcels still in transit.
- Orders marked as “Delivered” by the domestic postal service are considered final. We do not dispute these with the carrier and cannot offer replacements or refunds in such cases.
Order Cancellation
We regret that we can no longer cancel orders once payment is completed. Our payment gateway now charges a non-refundable transaction fee, which means we’re unable to return funds to the original payment method, regardless of whether the order has been processed or shipped.
In the rare instance that an order has not yet entered processing, we may offer store credit as a courtesy, but not refunds to the original payment method.
